Multi-Reminders is a program to remind you of birthdays, bill payments, and appointments. Reminders can be periodic (eg, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, yearly). And you can specify how many days notice to give you. This program checks for reminders every time you startup your computer.

OrganizeME, as you should guess from it's name, is an organizer. But there are a lot of organizer programs around the world, so what makes it special? Because it is different, easy and extensive. It is a utility for those people who spend too much time with their computers. It stays on tray and reminds you on any event you have scheduled, launches a file you have scheduled, provides you an advanced contact database, reminds you on the birthdays of your contacts, lets you keep your diary securely, reminds you on an incoming e-mail and includes/provides some other utilities. Also, all modules of OrganizeME are associated with each other. So you always gain time using it.

Total Organizer is a Personal Information Manager, so, as you can expect you can store contacts,notes, to-dos in it. But, what is different is that:

* everything is organized into categories ("folders") - as a hierarchical tree.
* each item (be it a note,task,contact etc) may belong to several folders. This is known as "Tags". Additionally, those "tags" may be hierarchical (tree view), that´s why, in the "Total Organizer", they are called "folders" not "tags".
* if you´re in the "parent" folder, you can see the contents of this folder and its all subfolders.

otak is the complete Personal Information Manager. Yes, it's freeware. And yes, it's another one of those software with irritating lower-case names.
