AVI To MPEG Scout is a free wizard-based utility that will let you convert AVI, MPG, WMV to MPEG1, MPEG2, DVD, VideoCD, xDiv, DivX.

Features:
* Input formats: AVI, MPEG, WMV
* Output formats: MPEG, MPEG2, DivX, xDiv, DVD;
* TV System support: NTSC, PAL;
* Aspect Ratio options: 1:1 Square, 3:4 TV, 16:9 Widescreen, 2.21:1 Cinema format;
* Frame Per Second option (FPS) can be adjusted (from 5 to 30, or custom)
* Resolution supported: 320x240, 640x480, 720x576 (NTSC), 720x480 (PAL), 800x600 or custom;
